Content Backups
Although regular backups of Content are performed, the Company does not guarantee there will be no loss or corruption of data.
Corrupt or invalid backup points may be caused by Content that is corrupted prior to being backed up or that changes during the backup process.
The Company will attempt to troubleshoot issues but has no liability for data integrity or restoration failures. You agree to maintain your own independent backup.

The Company’s liability is limited to the amount You paid through the Service or 100 USD if no purchase was made.

Governing Law
The laws of the Country govern these Terms.
Disputes Resolution
You agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting the Company first.
Severability and Waiver
Severability
If any provision is invalid, it will be modified to achieve its intent; the rest remains in effect.
Waiver
Failure to enforce a right does not waive future enforcement.
Translation Interpretation
If these Terms were translated, the English version prevails.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
