Director, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer

James F. Hamilton

Mr. Hamilton has over years of experience in maritime shipping and the associated physical commodity trade sectors. His experience covers all aspects of those businesses, including investing in and owning vessels, operating commercial tankers, lending to other ship-owners, overseeing operations managers, technical managers, legal counsel, and the suppliers and end-buyers of physical cargo transported on vessels.

Prior to his maritime shipping career, Mr. Hamilton specialized in non-traditional investment products. During his -year career in the financial industry, he was involved in financial trading, investing, education, analysis, and marketing of sophisticated financial products.

He began his career with Price Waterhouse where he earned his CPA and moved on to trading listed options on the Chicago Board Options Exchange and marketing listed derivative contracts for the Chicago Board of Trade.

He was retained by various investment firms to create alternative asset class investment products which led him to the maritime sector.

Mr. Hamilton created the Ship+Trade™ model which was used successfully in two LLCs in 2013 and 2014. Mr. Hamilton earned an MBA in Finance and International Business at the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.


Director, Chief Operating Officer

Dr. Alkis Algianakis

Dr. Algianakis brings critical commercial relationships and deep operational expertise in global shipping and Oil & Gas trading to the company.

A serial entrepreneur and technology innovator, Dr. Alkis Algianakis is the Founder and Chairman/CEO of the AFRICON Group, a diversified international conglomerate with operations in oil and gas, shipping, financial services (ANAX Invest), energy, healthcare, and telecommunications (ITHAX telecom) across the globe. He is the developer and owner of the proprietary ERP/CRM system Hydra©, the Oceanis© satellite fleet monitoring and management platform, and the ITHAX© telecommunications system.

His -year experience spans strategic management, project development, startups, and complex international negotiations.

Dr. Algianakis holds a PhD in Electromagnetic Radiation and Mobile Telecommunications from King’s College London, University of London. He is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), has authored numerous international technical publications, and previously served as a Board Member of the Greek Nigerian Chamber of Commerce and Technology.

His distinguished military service as a Petty Officer in the Hellenic Navy, included work in advanced missile systems (Sea-Sparrow, Harpoon and Penguin) and the development of a national maritime surveillance system.


Director, Corporate Secretary

Mark Trossman

Mr. Trossman has over years of experience as a lender and investor in large and small real estate transactions, both from a bank perspective as lender and as an investor/lender perspective from large institutional groups.

Some of the roles he has filled were with the Mellon Mortgage Company, Metropolitan Life Insurance/Real Estate Investment Division, among others.

Mr. Trossman brings keen analytical skills with respect to assessing the prospect of an investment and the returns that it can deliver on capital.

He brings an institutional and critical perspective to capital and physical asset management that is valuable to any asset management group.

His background in record keeping and ensuring that all aspects of an investment are up to date is a critical skill set that underpins the activities of a business entity.

Nesby Ingram

Mr. Ingram is a seasoned executive with more than years of leadership experience across both the private and public sectors, specializing in management, marketing, procurement, and strategic sourcing. His career is distinguished by high-impact performance in corporate leadership, marketing and sales, e-commerce, quality assurance, IT sourcing, project and program management, customer service, and inventory optimization.

Mr. Ingram began his professional career with The Kroger Company, where he held corporate roles as a buyer and merchandiser. He later transitioned to the public sector, joining Atlanta Public Schools, where he served with distinction as Director of Procurement and Director of Contract Compliance. He subsequently held Director of Procurement roles for multiple municipalities, consistently delivering operational efficiencies, regulatory compliance, and cost-effective sourcing strategies.

An accomplished entrepreneur, Mr. Ingram successfully founded Snap Sizzle & Sell, several niche personal care product lines and managed a construction company. and he continues to lead several ventures as CEO and COO; among them are E-Media-C, Imperial Business Advisors and Celaverse.

In recent years, he served as an IT Consultant focused on IT Vendor Management and as a Senior IT Sourcing Manager for major corporations, including WestRock, Elanco, and Cox Communications.

Throughout his career, Mr. Ingram, has demonstrated a long-standing ability to identify market opportunities and build sustainable businesses. In addition to his professional achievements, he has an extensive record of community service and civic engagement. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Fort Valley State University, with a minor in Accounting and Economics.

Chad Burrell

Mr. Chad Burrell is a seasoned business executive and entrepreneur with more than years of diverse experience across multiple industries, including finance, real estate, manufacturing, consumer goods, and nonprofit leadership. Mr. Burrell has built valuable operational experience through roles in retail, security, hospitality, construction, and warehousing, establishing a strong foundation in workforce management and business operations.

Mr. Burrell began his corporate career with The Home Depot, where he worked in finance from 2001 to 2007. During his tenure, he demonstrated an entrepreneurial initiative by acquiring a Jani-King commercial cleaning franchise in 2008, which he successfully scaled and in 2010. Thereafter, Mr. Burrell expanded into real estate investment and acquired and founded several companies, which were focused on brand development, marketing and distribution of consumer goods, wherein Mr. Burrell’s professional skills drove operational growth and strategic development.

Among his companies are a screen-printing company, T-shirt Crowning LLC., Kolassal Beverages, Inc. His entrepreneurial ventures reflect a consistent ability to identify emerging market opportunities, build brands, and execute growth-focused strategies. In 2018 Mr. Burrell joined the Board of Directors of the Real Men Run Nonprofit Organizations, and also serves as Vice Chairman of the non-profit organization which supports initiatives centered on community engagement and youth development centered around health.

Mr. Burrell earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Morris Brown College in May of 2001.

Currently, Mr. Burrell is President of Imperial Business Advisors and Vice-President of Operations of E-media-Entertainment, LLC. Commensurate with his professional achievement is his strong commitment to community service. Guided by the principle “move forward and give back,” he is actively involved in nonprofit initiatives and community-based organizations, viewing service as a core component of leadership.

Randy Allen

Mr. Allen has over years in insurance and financial services along with entrepreneurship.

Mr. Allen started his career at SeaPines Plantations in Hilton Head South Carolina in Resort Sales before matriculating to New York Life Insurance for 15 years. While with New York Life Mr. Allen became the first Southeastern Regional Minority Manager in Columbia, South Carolina. Then moving on to Prudential Beige Securities in Charleston, South Carolina.

Mr. Allen started First South Mortgage Services, II LLC as a mortgage broker in 2000 where he was the CEO and daily operation manager.

He is a graduate of SC State University with a Degree in Business and Economics & a MBA Certificate from the University of South Carolina.

The last years Mr. Allen has worked as a Private Equity Entrepreneur.

William Witherspoon

Will Witherspoon is a 12-year NFL veteran whose on-field leadership and passion for growth have seamlessly translated into a distinguished career as an entrepreneur, public speaker, and community leader.

Drafted in the third round by the Carolina Panthers in 2002 after serving as team captain and a three-year starter at the University of Georgia, he played for four NFL teams. Throughout his career, he consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership as the defensive play caller in nearly every game, earning the 2007 Rams Team MVP award and the 2012 Ed Block Courage Award for his commitment to sportsmanship and courage.

Following his retirement from professional football, Mr. Witherspoon built a successful business portfolio while remaining deeply committed to community service. He founded Four Paws Pet Care in 2006 and a grass-fed cattle ranch in 2007. A sought-after speaker, he has emceed major events such as the 2021 USO Salute to Chefs, delivered TEDx talks, and addressed Congress in 2012 to advocate for the Preservation of Antibiotics for Medical Treatment Act (PAMTA).

A dedicated philanthropist, he currently serves as a committee member of the Women’s Safe House of St. Louis. He previously served on the board of the Newmark Foundation, helping raise over $30 million to build a school for children with special needs, and on the board of the historic Matthews-Dickey Boys’ & Girls’ Club of St. Louis. His contributions have been recognized with Nashville’s 40 Under 40 award (2012) and the University of Georgia’s Arch Award for entrepreneurship (2021).

He holds an MBA from George Washington University and resides in St. Louis, Missouri.

William (Bill) Hogan

Mr. Hogan is a senior sales and business development leader with more than years of experience in international transportation, logistics, and supply chain solutions.

Throughout his career, he has built a strong reputation for driving growth, developing strategic customer relationships, and delivering complex end-to-end logistics solutions across global markets.

Mr. Hogan’s expertise spans international air and ocean freight, customs brokerage, domestic transportation, warehousing and distribution, project cargo and broader supply chain consulting. He has worked extensively with Fortune 1000 companies and is especially recognized for his success in the Life Sciences, Automotive, Industrial, Electronics, and Consumer Goods sectors.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Hogan has held senior commercial and leadership roles with respected global organizations including Scan Global Logistics, Maritime Capital Management Partners, DB Schenker, Kuehne + Nagel, and Panalpina. In these roles, he has consistently delivered measurable results by securing new business, expanding key accounts, and strengthening long-term customer partnerships at both strategic and operational levels.

Bill holds an MBA in International Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BA in Marketing and Business Administration from Loras College. He has also completed executive and professional development training in supply chain management and strategic selling, and has traveled extensively throughout Europe, Asia, and Latin America in support of customer, industry, and business development initiatives.
